An Event For Everyone

We want the Tiny House Conference to be accessible to everyone that wishes to come, but might not be able to afford to. It is in this spirit that we offer 15 “pay what you can” tickets. For those who are truly unable to afford the full ticket price, they can pay what they are able to and will help at the event as a volunteer. For those that feel they qualify, please fill out the form below for consideration, we will review all applications and make accommodations where possible.

Please note we select volunteers in January/February.  Please enter valid phone number because if selected we call applicants to discuss the opportunity.

If we select you for one of our volunteer positions, you will need to send the money that you can afford and commit to 4-8 hours of volunteering depending on what you can pay. We should be clear that we expect you to work in lieu of payment, it shouldn’t be viewed as a way to get a discounted ticket. In most cases you’ll still get to attend every session, but might have to miss parts if you are helping attendees. Making sure that attendees are enjoying the event is our top priority.

Volunteers will be expected to:

  • Arrive on Friday by 6:00 pm and stay until Sunday 5:00 pm, no exceptions.
  • Be willing to help attendees with a positive attitude
  • Be able to stand for at least 1 hour at a time, walk, bend, talk, and lift up to 30lbs
  • Have a working cell phone the days of the event
  • Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your situation.
  • Video applications get priority. Those who wish to, record a 1 minute video of who you are and why you want to come the conference.
  • Terms and Conditions.
