Tool School is a place where you can get hands-on training with all the major power tools in a safe environment, guided by expert builders. In this Friday add-on event, you will have the chance to actually use a table saw, a miter saw, nail gun, sawzall, drill, impact driver, router, grinding wheel, and more under the direction of a professional.
The day will start out with a general introduction to each tool, key safety tips, and what each tool is used for. Then you’ll have a chance to try each tool yourself in a one-on-one session with a building pro to show you the proper technique as you get a feel for the tool. Take-home ear and eye protection will be given to each attendee.
Tool School is an additional cost of $100.
