By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to the following: All registrations are done electronically. You will receive a confirmation page acknowledging you are registered. There are no physical or tangible tickets, rather we will maintain a list of registrations and check you in at the event. Once you purchase your tickets, we will email you a few weeks prior to the event with all of the details. If you need a receipt, please refer to PayPal, their documentation serves as receipts. Questions can be directed to us at email@example.com
If for some reason you need to cancel your tickets, we have a pro-rated ticket refund policy. Refunds are done this way because we need to reserve and pay for venue space, contractors, and materials in advance of the conference.
Cancellations 120 or more days before the conference – 50% of their ticket purchase price back minus PayPal fees. At less than 120 days, we are unable to refund tickets due to venue and contract payment restraints. Number of days are based on when a refund request is made to firstname.lastname@example.org, not on date of purchase. Please note: if there are any payment processing fees (PayPal) involved, we are unable to refund those.
