Event and Presenter’s details

The event will be held in Portland at the Holiday Inn (8439 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97220) April 18th and 19th 2015.  If you wish to be a presenter you will need to arrive at the event location by 3pm on the Friday before (April 17th) the event (Saturday & Sunday) and check in with us.  We will have a meeting and dinner that night at 6pm which you will be required to attend.  The event will run from 8am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday, you’ll need to be present during those times.  Part of what makes these events so great is your willingness to connect and share with attendees and others outside of your presentation.  Presenters will need to have their final power point presentations to us by March 1st 2015.

Please note that applying to be a presenter doesn’t guarantee you to be a presenter, but we will consider all applicants who can demonstrate that they are qualified to present on a certain topic.  We also may counter your application with a suggested modification or request for you to present on another topic; this is because we might have a similar topic already secured or other similar reason.

For businesses

If you are a business that wishes to present, we allow for a single slide and 30 seconds to share about your brand, but beyond that your presentation shouldn’t be selling or telling about products/services.  Outside of your presentation you are not permitted to hand out business cards/marketing materials.  If you wish to do such activities you’ll need to also become a sponsor.
